asked the Minister of Agriculture what was the average price paid for wheat in January, 1921, from Canada, the United States, Australia, and India, respectively and collectively?

The average c.i.f. price paid for wheat contracted for by the Royal Commission on Wheat Supplies in January, 1921, from the undermentioned countries was:

Per 480 lbs.
Canada 99s. 8d.
United States 94s. 7d.
Australia 99s. 11d.
India 90s. 10d.

The average c.i.f. price of all wheat contracted for by the Royal Commission during the same month was 94s. 6d. per 480 lbs.

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he can give the monthly average (c.i.f.) declared value of imported wheat in September, October, November, December, and January last per quarter and the three months' average ending in the same months?

The average c.i.f. declared value of imported wheat per quarter of 480 lbs. in the months referred to and the three months' average ending in the same months, were, as shown in the Trade and Navigation accounts published by the Board of Trade, as follows:
