§ Mr. HOODasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that the value of the imports of cigars from Cuba for the three months ended 31st March, 1920, was £650,788, and for the three months ended 31st March, 1921, was only £17,625; and whether he can explain the enormous falling off in the imports?
