HC Deb 29 November 1920 vol 135 cc934-5W
Mr. CLYNES

asked the Prime Minister whether he is aware of the general unrest existing amongst the operative bakers at the delay on the part of the Government in proceeding with the promised Factories and Workships (Bakehouses) Bill; and whether, in view of the recommendation of the Committee that inquired into this question, he can now state when it is proposed to proceed with this Bill?

The PRIME MINISTER

As I have stated in answer to previous questions, it is not possible to proceed with this Bill this Session.
