GREENWOODThe Local Government Board have received a memorial, signed, amongst others, by the president of the Bendooragh Labourers' Society, and have forwarded it to the Ballymoney Rural District Council. A special meeting of the council was summoned for the 25th inst. to consider what steps should be taken to carry out the improvement scheme already authorised.
