§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe amount included in the current year's Army Estimates for terminal charges of the War was £29,500,000, as shown in the Vote on account of 16th February last. As far as I can say at present, this sum will be spent this year. I cannot yet say what provision will be necessary for such terminal charges next year.
