§ Brigadier-General COLVINasked the Secretary of State for India if it is the case that revision of the assessment of pension has been refused to a retired Indian Army officer who served during the War as paid secretary of a county Territorial association on the ground that this was not paid military service; and whether he is aware that Territorial secretaries were ordered to wear uniform during the War, and that it has been decided that such service was military service?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLMy right hon. Friend has asked me to reply. The question is receiving attention, but I regret that I cannot make any statement on the subject at present.
