§ Dr. MACNAMARAYes, Sir. I heard the statement. I was present at the meeting. It is true that the proposed arterial roads in the neighbourhood of London lie mainly on the outer fringe of the London boroughs, but I hope the scheme will be proved of greater assistance in the inner boroughs than has been suggested. However, the point raised by my hon. Friend is now before the Cabinet Committee on Unemployment.
