§ Mr. KELLAWAYPlant belonging to the Ministry of Agriculture is sold by that Department on behalf of the Disposal Board. The Disposal Board has had for disposal a quantity of plant of the kind mentioned in the question. Auction sales were held in 16 different towns, but the results showed that the plant could not be disposed of satisfactorily by this method. The agreement referred to in my previous reply on this subject on the 22nd instant was accordingly entered into as being the best method of disposal.
