§ Mr. BRIDGEMAN:No ground on which any special action can be taken by the Board of Trade is shown in the Report of the Farriery Sub-committee; but this Report, together with those of other Committees, will be considered in connection with any legislation of a permanent nature dealing with monopolies and combinations.
