Cull, No. 269,508, late of the Portsmouth Division, Royal Navy, discharged when he only required ten months of a full period of service, and thereby enjoys a weekly pension of 24s. 10d. only instead of 38s.; whether his discharge had relation to injuries suffered in the course of his service; and, if so, how and when were such injuries caused?
