§ Captain BOWYERasked the President of the Board of Education whether, in view of the average of pensions for other State services, he will reconsider the case of pensions granted to retired school teachers; whether he is aware that after service of forty or fifty years, during which the teachers subscribe to a pension 492W fund, and during which they have no time to earn money in other directions, the pension is on an average under £1 per week?
