Mr. FREDERICK HALLasked the President of the Board of Education whether the representations received by him as to the possibility of some special provision being made whereby the practical experience of teaching acquired by uncertificated teachers of long standing might be taken into account in connection with the Board's certificate, have been considered; and whether he is now in a position to state the policy of his Department on this matter?
