Sir R. WILLIAMSContracts for trucks are not being placed by the Railway Executive Committee. Certain companies have placed limited orders, but the whole question of wagon building and repairs is being gone into, and if hon. Members will allow me I shall be glad to give fuller information in a week or two's time.
