§ Dr. ADDISONThe London County Council have commenced two schemes, on which building operations are now in progress, one for the erection of 130 houses at Old Oak Lane, and the second for the building of 260 houses at Norbury. I am prepared to consider proposals for the erection of houses by direct labour where it appears that economy is likely to result.
