§ Mr. MUNROWith a view to facilitating the efforts of the Land Bank which is maintained in connection with the Scottish smallholders'organisation to obtain funds for such purposes as those specified in the question, an application has been made to the Development Commissioners by the Board of Agriculture for Scotland and is now, I understand, under consideration. Further provision of credit facilities to enable suitable smallholders to stock and equip their holdings will, I hope, be made in a Bill which I propose shortly to introduce.
