HORNEI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply given in the OFFICIAL REPORT, of the 30th June, to the hon. and gallant Member for Hexham (Captain Brown), which outlined the scheme for assisting those persons whose apprenticeship was interrupted by service in His Majesty's Forces.
