§ Dr. MACNAMARAI have been asked to reply to this question. The only restrictions now in force in Scotland are in regard to the Orkneys. They are enforced under Regulation 14a of the Defence of the Realm Regulations. It is considered most undesirable to remove these restrictions at present.
