§ Mr. STURROCKasked the Secretary for Scotland whether, in view of the representations made to him in Edinburgh on 17th June by the conference over which he presided, he can make any statement as to extending the scope of the Housing, 805W Town Planning, etc. (Scotland) Bill in the direction of dealing with the question of rural housing in the Lowlands and the Highlands, and also the modernisation of existing houses and cottages?
