HC Deb 02 December 1919 vol 122 c253W
Mr. GWYNNE

asked the Minister of Health how many members there are at present on the Housing Advisory Council; how many of those members have been put on for their special knowledge and experience in urban housing and garden cities, and how many on account of their knowledge and experience of rural housing; and whether he will give further representation to experts in rural housing?

Dr. ADDISON

The number of members at present on the Housing Advisory Council is fourteen. These members were selected by me as being best fitted to advise me on all the aspects of the present housing problem, including rural housing, and I do not think that there is any necessity for adding to the number at the present time.
