§ Mr. CLYNESThe Food Controller has already taken possession of all seeds, nuts, kernels, oils, and fats in or to arrive in the United Kingdom. These commodities are allocated by the Ministry of Food in a strict order of priority, to which the manufacture of edible fats is given priority over soap-making.
