asked what steps the Government have taken to instal machinery in Ireland for the manufacture of potato-flour?

Mr. CLYNES

One potato-flour mill is already fully working in Ireland, and representatives of the Department are inspecting sites and buildings with a view to the installation of further plants for making potato-flour and farina. Two complete farina plants of large capacity have already been ordered for Ireland.
