§ Dr. MACNAMARAMy hon. Friend has asked me to answer this question. The private shipbuilding yards are not yet fully equipped with labour and material. Greatly increased quantities of material are, however, now being delivered in the shipyards, and the necessity for further labour now, and as the material increases, is engaging the attention of the Departments concerned.
