Captain BATHURSTStatements to the effect mentioned by the right hon. Gentleman have reached the Ministry of Food, but I have no means of testing their accuracy. The price of milling offals appears recently to have fallen substantially, and steps are being taken which may result in a further reduction in their prices and in that of meals; but it must be-recognised by pig owners that there will be less food of this character available for the feeding of live stock.
