§ Mr. DUKESo far as I am aware there is no prohibition of the export of oaten meal from Ireland. Returns of the exports of oaten meal for January and Feb- 573W ruary have not been completed, but during the last six months of the year 1916 the quantity of oaten meal exported from Ireland was 36,430 cwts., and probably additional quantities were included in the 40,219 cwts. Of "meal unclassified" ex-ported during the same period.
