HC Deb 09 March 1916 vol 80 c1736W
Mr. W. THORNE

asked the Financial Secretary to the War Office if he is aware that Mr. J. Green, of 88, Farley Road, Catford, S.E., formerly No. 9373, Army Veterinary Corps, discharged as being permantly unfit for general service on 10th February, has been under medical treatment since discharge and is still unable to seek employment, and is unable to secure payment of balance of pay from the Record Office, No. 2 Woolwich, and has no pension or allowance of any kind; and if he will state whether a pension can be granted in this case, seeing that the incapacity is due to injuries arising out of service?

Mr. TENNANT

I am having inquiry made into the case, and will let the hon. Member know the result.
