Captain BATHURSTShould the supply of fresh milk be insufficient, either generally or in any particular district, there is power under the Defence of the Realm Regulations to prohibit the use of milk for such purposes as those specified in the question, and this power will be used in any such case. On the instruction of the Food Controller an Order restricting the use of milk for chocolate is being prepared.
