asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the quantity of rum on hand at the West India Docks and the quantity of brandy and wine at the London and St. Katherine Docks on 31st December, 1914; the quantities imported during the year ended 31st December, 1915; the quantities in bond on 30th September, 1916; the quantities landed but not yet brought to account; the quantities cleared from these docks during 1915 for the Navy and Army, respectively; and whether there is storage room for further importations at either of these great docks?
