§ Lord R. CECILI would refer the hon. and learned Member to the collection of Reports by His Majesty's representatives abroad upon the nationality and naturalisation laws of foreign countries (Miscellaneous No. 3 (1893) C. 7027) and to subsequent Papers which have been presented to this House by Royal Command containing information since received from those representatives on the subject.
