asked the Prime Minister if he has received a resolution condemning the Home Rule Bill, unanimously passed by a meeting held at Queen's Park, Toronto, on 9th May, at which 7,000 persons were present, presided over by the Mayor of Toronto, and at which the Hon. A. E. Kemp (Member of the Dominion Government), Dr. Pyne, the Hon. Wallace Nesbitt, Hon. Thomas Crawford, Mr. W. D. McPherson, Sir John Willison, and Mr. A. C. Pratt, Members of the Legislature of Ontario, spoke; and if he will state what reply, if any he has tent in response to the resolution?
