Mr. ROBERTSONAs a result of an application made to the Board of Trade by the Helsby Wireless Telegraph Company, Limited, in 1911, the Board appointed an arbitrator to decide upon fair and reasonable terms for the use of the invention in question. The function of the Board of Trade in the matter is limited to the nomination of an arbitrator, and the Department has not been furnished with a copy of the arbitrator's award.
