Mr. McKINNON WOODA scheme for the settlement of new holders at Harthill is the subject of negotiation between the Small Holdings Commissioner and the proprietor. As regards the second part of the question the Board of Agriculture have the matter under consideration, but it is not yet possible to make any statement.
