§ Colonel SEELYFor the Territorial Force I can only give figures for 1st January. They are:—Officers, 1,867; N.C.O's. and men, 81,348. On lst February the Regulars were deficient 116 officers and 9,223 other ranks, and the Special Reserve 460 officers and 13,699 other ranks.
