HC Deb 20 June 1913 vol 54 c676W

asked the First Lord of the Admiralty when the shipwrights employed at the target ship and proof butts on Whale Island will receive the 2s. a week advance in wages lately granted to shipwrights employed in Portsmouth dockyard?

There appears to have been some doubt locally as to whether the advance in question was applicable to the men referred to. Instructions are being issued which will ensure the increase being paid to all shipwrights who were formerly paid the dockyard rate, and who have no perquisites in addition to their wages.
