(under Letterkenny, county Donegal), complaining of recent changes in the arrangement for bringing mails to and from the above post office; and, if so, whether he will give effect to the wishes of the memorialists?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELI have received the memorial referred to by the hon. Member, but I regret that I can find no justification for altering the present arrangements, under which the work is1806W done by a full-time postman borne on the permanent establishment instead of by part-time auxiliary postmen.
