§ Mr. FRANCIS MEEHANasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that loss and inconvenience is being caused to the inhabitants of a large portion of the parish of Killenumery, comprising some 400 families, owing to the late daily delivery of the mail at Beagh Post Office and the want of an evening collection at the same office; whether he is aware that letters directed to Beagh Post Office are delayed over an hour by being taken from the railway station to Dromahair to be sorted, and that this might be avoided by a special bag being sent from Sligo for Beagh; and, having regard to the little extra cost incurred through the postman calling for the evening mail and the advantage it would be to so many families, he will make arrangements to carry out these changes?
