Mr. ROBERTSONThe Board of Education do not make Grants to Scottish Universities. The total Grants to universities in 1912–13 were £82,000 from Vote 7, Class IV., besides £30,000 from the Local Taxation (Scotland) Account. The total income of the several universities for the year 1910–11, the last year for which published accounts have been laid before Parliament was:—
