§ Sir RUFUS ISAACSMr. H. F. Dickens, K.C., was appointed Commissioner of Assize for the Midland Circuit in January, 1912, by His Majesty on the Lord Chancellor's recommendation, and was paid the sum of £940 6s. for fees and expenses. There is no record at present available as to cases in which King's Counsel who were named in the respective Commissions sat as temporary Commissioners, but the information can be obtained if it is desired. These gentlemen received no payment for their services as temporary Commissioners.
