§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe answer is in the affirmative. The applications in question were received by the Board on the 2nd and 6th of July last, and referred by them to the Development Commissioners on the 16th of August. Communications are passing between the two Departments with regard to the matter, but no definite decision has yet been arrived at.
