§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThe question of the use of alcohol as a fuel for propelling motor vehicles was considered by the Industrial Alcohol Committee, and I would refer the hon. Member to the recommendations of that Committee, as given in their Report dated 23rd March, 1905 (Cd. 2472), paragraphs 28, etc.
