HC Deb 21 May 1912 vol 38 c1876W
Sir J. D. REES

asked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether the Secretary of State's attention has been called to the Report of the Sub-Committee of the International Cotton Committee, making certain recommendations in respect of the cultivation of Indian cotton; and whether these recommendations will be brought under the notice of the Government of India?

The report to which the hon. Member refers has not reached the Secretary of State. If and when it is received by him, its recommendations will be carefully considered.
