§ Mr. STEWARTasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland exactly what Irish officers in the Civil Service of the Crown are included in the provisions of the Amendment which appears in his name to Clause 33 of the Government of Ireland Bill, by which it is proposed to insert a new Sub-section (5) to that Clause of the Bill?
