Mr. ALAN SYKESasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether any provision is made in the Government of Ireland Bill to secure compensation on change of conditions of service or on dismissal from or abolition of office to those professors and full-time members of the staff of the Training College, Marlborough street, Dublin, who have been appointed since the year 1890; and, if not, whether he will propose Amendments to secure such provision?
