asked the Postmaster-General whether he can state the number of sorting clerks and telegraphists in Ireland who retired and died in Ireland during the year ended 31st March, 1911, and the causes in each case?

Particulars of Sorting Clerks and Tele graphists employed in Ireland who retired on account of ill-health during the year ending 31st March, 1911.

Officer employed at Cause of Retirement.
Athy … Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
Ballinasloe … Mental Derangement.
Belfast … Hysteria.
Birr … Mania.
Belturbet … Cerebral Tumour.
Dublin … Diabetes.
Dublin … Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
