§ Mr. ORDE-POWLETTasked the President of the Board of Agriculture if he can give the reasons for refusing the request of the British Dairy Farmers' Association for a grant to enable them to organise 169W the sixth international dairy congress to be held in England in 1913, seeing that the Swedish Government thought it advisable in the interests of farmers in that country to grant £1,500 for the congress held this year at Stockholm; and whether a grant from the Development Fund could be made for this purpose?
