§ Sir E. STRACHEYTrawling within the three mile limit on this coast is prohibited by bye-law, the enforcement of which rests with the local Fisheries Committee. The coast guards report to the Committee any infringement of the bye-laws which may come under their notice. Injuries to gear are dealt with under the Sea Fisheries Act, 1883, which is administered by the Board of Trade.
