Mr. SHEEHAN

asked the Chief Secretary whether the Estates Commissioners investigated the circumstances under which the late James Sullivan was evicted from a farm on the Ware estate, Ballyknockane, county Cork; and whether, seeing that his widow and family now claim to be equitably entitled to reinstatement, it is intended to put them back in their old holding or to provide them with one of equivalent value?
