§ Mr. ARTHUR LEEasked the Secretary of State for War whether any rise in the minimum wage of labourers employed under the War Department has recently taken place or is in contemplation; and, if so, whether this increase will be extended to barrack labourers employed by the Army Service Corps, whose maximum wage is at present 17s. per week and has not been increased for many years?
