§ Mr. HUGH BARRIEasked the Chief Secretary whether in many districts of Ireland the building of new schools and the rebuilding and improving of old ones are being held back owing to the Board of Works not being put in funds by the Treasury from which to provide the usual Grants-in-Aid; and whether he has made representation to the Treasury on the subject, and with what result?
