§ Mr. CHARLES DUNCANasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he can take the necessary steps to expedite the Treasury decision upon the recommendations of the Admiralty based on the Report of the Staffing Committee on the clerical staffs of His Majesty's naval establishments; and whether he is aware of the hardship experienced by over 1,000 men employed in these staffs through this delay?
