§ Mr. BURNSThe Isle of Man is not part of the United Kingdom, and the claimant, who had had his residence during twelve of the last twenty years in that island, fails to satisfy the condition in Section 2 (2) of the Old Age Pensions Act, 1908, and is consequently not qualified for a pension.
